Jambalaya

Ingredients 

1 lb Chicken- Diced

1lb Smoked Sausage-Sliced

1lb Shrimp, peeled & Deveined

1 Onion -Chopped

1 Bell Pepper-Chopped

1 Celery Stalk-Chopped

3 Cloves Garlic-Minced

1 Can Diced Tomatoes

2 Cups rice

4 Cups Chicken Broth

2 tspn Cajun Seasoning

1 tspn Thyme

1 Tspn Oregano

Salt & Pepper to taste


Directions

Large Pot, Brown Chicken and Sausage

add onion, bell pepper, celery and minced garlic. saute until Vegetables are tender

stir in cajun seasoning, thyme, oregono, salt pepper

add rice to pot and stir to coat.

add chicken broth and diced tomato bring to simmer, reduce heat and simmer for 20 min add shrimp and cook for 10 more min.
