Jambalaya

Ingredients  1 lb Chicken- Diced 1lb Smoked Sausage-Sliced 1lb Shrimp, peeled & Deveined 1 Onion -Chopped 1 Bell Pepper-Chopped 1 Celery Stalk-Chopped 3 Cloves Garlic-Minced 1 Can Diced Tomatoes 2 Cups rice 4 Cups Chicken Broth 2 tspn Cajun Seasoning 1 tspn Thyme 1 Tspn Oregano Salt & Pepper to taste Directions Large Pot, Brown Chicken and Sausage add onion, bell pepper, celery and minced garlic. saute until Vegetables are tender stir in cajun seasoning, thyme, oregono, salt pepper add rice to pot and stir to coat. add chicken broth and diced tomato bring to simmer, reduce heat and simmer for 20 min add shrimp and cook for 10 more min. 

Hawaiian Banana Bread

Ingredients  1/2 Cup Butter Soften 1 Cup Sugar 2 Large Eggs 1 Very Riped Banana, Mashed 8 oz crushed pineapple (do not Drain) 2 Cups Flour 1 tspn Baking Powder 1 tspn Baking Soda 1/4 tspn salt 1/4 cup shredded coconut Directions -Preheat oven 350 -in a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together with a mixture until light and fluffy -add eggs one at a time and beat  -stir in mashed banana and pineapple -in a separate bowl sift together Flour, baking powder, baking Soda and salt -add to wet ingredients stir in coconut flakes -pour into greased loaf pan bake for 60min

Southern Fried Chicken Batter

 Ingredience 2 Cups all purpose flour 2 tspn black pepper 2 tspn Paprika 4 tspn Garlic salt 1/2 Tspn Poultry Seasoning mix 1 cup Buttermilk 2 beaten Eggs Directions -in a bowl, mix the beaten eggs with the buttermilk -in another bowl, combine the flour, poultry seasoning, garlic salt, paprika and black pepper -place in a large ziplock bag -place the chicken pieces in the bag and shake the bag to coat all pieces -removed the chicken and dip each piece in the egg mixture -Dip each piece of chicken into flour mixture one more time shaking off excess -fry chicken

Super Easy Peach Cobbler

 Ingredience 1 can Slice Peaches in syrup 1 Cup all purpose Flour 1 Cup White Sugar 1 Cup of Milk 2 Tspn Baking Powder 1/4 Tspn Salt 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter Melted Directions -Preheat Oven to 375 -In a 9x13 inch baking dish, pour the melted butter -In a Medium bowl, mix together Flour, sugar, baking powder and salt -stir in Milk until combined -pour batter over the butter in the baking dish, but do not stir -Distribute peach slices evenly on top of batter -pour the syrup from the can over the peaches -Bake and pre-heated oven for 40 - 45 min or until the top turns golden brown

Fried Shrimp

Ingredience   Canola Oil 2 large Eggs Beaten 1 cup Whole Milk 2 Tbsp Chile hot Sauce (such as Cholula) 2 lbs large Peeled, Deveined Raw Shrimp 3/4 Cup all purpose Flour 2/3 Cup Cornmeal 1 1/2 tspn Kosher Salt 1 tspn Black Pepper 1/2 Tspn Cayenne Pepper Directions -Pour Oil to a depth of 2 inches in a large deep Skillet -Whisk together eggs, milk and hot sauce -add  shrimp to the mixture and toss to coat -whisk together Flour, Cornmeal, salt, pepper and Cayenne pepper in separate bowl -Remove 6 to 8 Shrimp from egg mixture, shaking off excess. dredge in flour mixture. place in hot oil fry until coating is golden (2 min)

Mexican Restaurant Queso

 2 Tsps Onion Powder 2 Tsps Garlic Powder Ingredients: 2 Tsps Cumin 2 Cans Chopped Green Chilies 1 Tbs Butter or Margarine 1/2 Cup Milk or as needed 1 pound White American Cheese Cube Directions: Place cheese,Milk and butter in medium saucepan over low heat cook until cheese has melted, stirring frequently. Stir in green chilies, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper to taste. add more milk if dip is too thick. 

Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls

  Ingredients: 1 Cup Warm Milk 4 Cups Flour 2 Eggs 1/3 Cup + 6Tbsp Butter, Soften 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Salt 1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar 3 tbsp Cinnamon 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese 1 1/2 Cups confectioners Suger 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 (1/4 ounce) Package Active Dry Yeast Instructions: 1- Dissolve yeast in warm milk 2- Mix sugar, butter,salt, eggs and flour 3- Combine flour mixture with yeast mixture. Mix well 4- let dough rise for 1 hour until double 5- Roll dough into a 16x2 Inch rectangle 6- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter for filling 7-Spread filling over dough 8- Roll dough tightly, Cut into 1 1/2 inch slices 9- Place in greased Pan, let rise for 30 min 10- Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes
